Our CEO

Todd Mitchell has, over thirty years, developed Todd Mitchell Associates into a Global Executive Search Firm dedicated to the professionals within the Property and Casualty insurance industry. Todd has built a successful team of talent acquisition consultants located in four offices, where the average tenure with the firm is over fifteen years.

Todd currently holds a Master of Science in Labor Relations and Human Resources from New York Institute of Technology and has his Bachelor of Business Administration, Human Resources from Adelphi University.

Todd has been a consultant to several Human Resources departments and has presented sales seminars to major insurers and client companies. He has also addressed many CPCU chapters teaching the skills of interviewing and resume preparation and has lectured at each of his alma maters.

Additionally, Todd serves as the Chairman of the Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s Long Island, New York Chapter.

Under his leadership Todd Mitchell Associates has gained the respect and confidence of executives throughout our industry affording the firm the opportunity to be called upon for both contingency and retained search assignments.
